Office Hours:
Spring Hours: 8am to 5pm daily
Fall Hours: 9am to 6pm daily
We are closed on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Tours:
Tours are available daily during normal business hours. Tours stop ½ hour before closing time.
Swimming Pool and Spa:
We have four swimming pools and four spas open from 10 AM to 10 PM. An adult must accompany all residents under the age of 14 at all times. During the winter months, three of our swimming pools will be closed. The swimming pool that will be open will be heated. Two guests per apartment allowed. All residents are required to have their pool pass at all times. No Lifeguard on duty.
Fitness Center:
Our fitness center is open year round during normal office hours. Our fitness center is located near Resident Services. The fitness center is equipped with a variety of equipment, including 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical machine, speed bag, punching bag, free weights and an adjustable weight bench plus an all-in-one pulley system. Fitness center is only allowed for residents over the age of 18.
Business Center:
Our business center is located near Resident Services and is open year round during normal business hours. We offer 2 computers with free Internet access. We also provide free Wi-Fi service for all of our residents. You must stop by the leasing office to sign our Wireless Addendum to receive the passkey. You may also print, copy and fax (local faxes only). All residents are required to bring their own print/copy paper for their personal use.
Utilities:
All Casa Grande residents are required to pay for Electricity through Southern California Edison Company and Gas through Ista-North America. All residents are required to show an electricity account number on or before the day of move-in. The leasing office will set up your gas bill through Ista.
